What to expect for class:

All you need to bring to class is yourself and a bottle of water to drink! We provide the mats and necessary equipment for each class. 

Clients need to wear socks in the studio at all times. Barre socks with grip will be sold at the studio.  These are helpful to reduce slipping while performing certain exercises. Please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in, but not too loose. It is important that our instructors are able to check for proper alignment in class.  No shorts, please.  Yoga pants, capris, or leggings are preferred.

Class sizes are limited in order to give proper attention to each customer. You can reserve a spot in class by calling 641-529-0065, messaging us on Facebook or clicking the button above. Of course we will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins as well.  We request that new clients arrive at least 10 minutes early to fill out an information form.
