Raising the Barre is a barre fitness studio that fuses traditional ballet barre with strength training, Pilates, and yoga. Classes are designed to create the strength of an athlete and the long, lean lines of a dancer’s body. Each class will strengthen and sculpt the muscles by targeting them until fatigued and stretching them to recover and lengthen.(Shaking may occur)! This allows the muscles to change at an amazingly rapid rate without bulking up!
In our high-energy one hour classes you will experience a workout that will lift your seat, tone your thighs, and sculpt your core and arms. This workout attacks the areas of the body that all women struggle with! No flexibility or grace required! Classes are geared to challenge bodies of any age or fitness background. Classes can be modified for beginners or amplified for more advanced clients. Come join the fun and see how strong your body can be!
